Freshwater Models was established in 2002 to provide products/services as related to scale models.
Freshwater Models welcomes scale model commissions.
Scratch-built scale models are built in my shop from a variety of materials including wood, metal, plastic. State of the art digital design and cnc machining are combined with traditional hand and machine methods to produce quality scale models.
Patternmaking and Casting Services For Craftsman Kit Manufacturers
Patterns for small parts are designed in 3D solid modeling software and produced by 3D printing, cnc machining, and traditional manual machining and fabrication. Patterns can be used for making silicone rubber molds to produce cast parts. In addition to custom scale models I offer quality casting services. Cast parts can be made by spin-casting or RTV silicone rubber mold casting. Materials are lead free Britannia metal, polyurethane resin, and hydrocal. I use modern front loading spin-casting machines. Whether you need a small number of parts or thousands please contact me for an estimate.
